24 HOUR RULE-
MHA strictly adheres to the USAH policy of 24 hours before direct conversations between parents and coaches. In the interests of all involved please be advised that no direct subject contact or discussion will be allowed between parents and coaches prior to this time period.. If you feel you have a ligitimate issue that requires the attention of a particular coach- please understand that you are required by USAH and MHA policy to wait 24 hours after a practice and/or game to discuss it. A meeting can be scheduled by means of your team manager. If you feel that the meeting warrants the attendance of the Director of Operations, please let your team manager know. While we encourage open discussion between all parties involved, we do not and cannot tolerate contact immediately following a practice or game. Expereince has shown that this is not the optimal time to resolve issues.
